Our Staff

		Dino Pandolfo, President DIno received a Bachelor's degree in Music and Recording Arts & Sciences from Duquesne Univeristy in 1994. He is also the chief engineer at Imagine Audio + Media. He has been playing guitar, writing music & recording since age 13. He has a natural talent for technology, a passion for perfection and a superhuman ear for detail. He is now promoting his new Pittsburgh Steelers Song called "The Men of Steel" at www.steelersfightsong.com, and is working on an album with "Team Echo."


		Carol Heid, Vice-President Carol founded the company in Mount Lebanon in 1976 and, although she recently passed the torch to Dino Pandolfo, she continues to be very much a part of Imagine Audio + Media. Today, Carol heads the duplication department as well as maintaining relationships with Imagine Audio + Media's valuable, long-standing customers. Known for her enthusiasm and warmth, Carol is the heart of Imagine Audio + Media.


		Adam Thomas, Audio Engineer Adam graduated from Geneva College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business. He's been active with music since age 9 with a range of instruments from violin to guitar to bass guitar. At Geneva he was a member in the percussion sections of the concert and marching bands and bassist for the college's jazz band. He was also heavily involved in live and studio audio production with the Audio/Visual department and WGEV Studios. Now at Imagine, he seeks to expand his skills and help deliver the quality that Imagine has been prodiving for years

		Jessi Pandolfo, Sales and Marketing Trained as a professional stylist, Jessi draws on her natural creativity as well as her professional experience in her role in Sales and Marketing for Imagine. After starting her career in the hair design industry, she naturally gravitated towards marketing and promoting, eventually serving as a Marketing Assistant for Advanced Software Applications in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition to her role at Imagine, Jessi lends her sales talents to various other enterprises, including L&L Designs, www.mytote.com, based in Los Angeles, California and recently launched her own line of hair accessories for children which are sold exclusively in boutiques and by special order.




		Mo, Mascot For 8 years, Mo has been the enthusiastic face of Imagine Audio + Media . Under the direction of Carol Heid, Mo welcomes every customer with a tail wag and happy trot. When Mo isn't on "Welcoming Duty" he enjoys power walking, playing with his stuffed toys and chasing those pesky squirrels.

We spend countless hours verifying that all of your materials are up to professional specifications for duplication. If you are new to the process or have been doing this for many years, Imagine is the place to go to if you want to feel secure that your project will meet your expectations. If you submit artwork to us, we are with you every step of the way. We will supply you with the appropriate template for the packaging you want. We will then check your design to make sure it meets our specifications. If it is not, we usually fix it for you at no extra cost or we will tell you what you need to do to fix it. We will then give you a proof, and when possible, a completed sample copy for your approval. With audio, we actually listen to your master. We will tell you if it is up to specification. We will check your master for errors. If there is a problem we will let you know what needs to be done to correct it. With data and video, every disc is verified so that we are sure that the copy is identical to your master, if there is a problem with your master we will let you know. We are here to help you with all of your media duplication and audio needs. We are the experts you can turn to for professional results. We care about and take pride in every project we complete.
